Communications and Compliance Coordinator

Green Century Capital Management, Inc. administers the Green Century Funds, one of the first families of environmentally responsible and fossil fuel free mutual funds in the nation. We want to add a talented person to our communications team to expand our efforts to improve corporate environmental practices.            

Green Century’s Communications and Compliance Coordinator will work closely with senior staff to track, administer and coordinate communications and compliance efforts. Candidates must possess and exercise excellent judgment and discretion and the ability to oversee significant projects.    

Key Responsibilities   

• Manage production schedule of all communications, ensuring that all deadlines are met. 
• Submit, track, and ensure communications and marketing materials are compliant with SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and securities regulations on a third-party platform.  
• Develop and compose high-quality external content materials, including web pages, press releases, digital ads, social media posts, and weekly emails to investors, potential investors, and financial advisors. 
• Play a key role in interacting with investors and prospective investors who call or email us with questions. 
• Play a key role in website management and support the team in the execution of e-communications and social media.
• Create visual materials and merchandise using Adobe Suite and Canva.  
• Manage inventory of materials and merchandise.
• Monitor and report on metrics, analytics, news, and media mentions.         
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Preferred: You have several years of prior work experience, especially in the financial sector.  

Compensation and Benefits 

The starting compensation range for someone with 2-10 years of relevant experience for this position is $36,000-$50,000. Candidates on the lower end of directly relevant experience should expect to be on the lower end of this range; candidates on the higher end of relevant experience are likely to be on the higher end of this range. Green Century offers an excellent benefits package.
