Position Overview: The Community Partnerships Lead plays an important role on the development team in executing several of the Conservancy’s most critical fundraising initiatives. This position is responsible for cultivating and stewarding vibrant community partnerships, business sponsorships, and grant funding. The Community Partnerships Lead oversees fundraising through the Add-On program and unique donor programs. This position also takes a lead role in event planning and grants administration, particularly as they pertain to our community and business partners. The Community Partnerships Lead explores new ways to engage partners in the Conservancy’s mission and inspire them to support park projects and programs.

Compensation:
The wage for the Community Partnerships Lead position is $25 / hour. This is a full time position. The Conservancy offers a benefits package that includes support for health and dental insurance, paid personal and wellness time, paid holidays, paid Family and Medical Leave, and a Simple IRA retirement program.
Location:
The Community Partnerships Lead role is based out of our Columbia Falls office. The position has some flexibility to work remotely, but several work duties require being in Glacier National Park and the surrounding communities.
