WFU has a Conservation & Stewardship Department focused on the many ways that agriculture and ecosystem protection interact. The Conservation Coordinator position will support the diverse needs of the department through support to partner Farmer-Led Watershed Councils in northwestern Wisconsin as well as, to a lesser extent, other groups throughout the state in partnership with WFU. This position will also support WFU membership statewide through support of conservation-focused member-led committees, and work on the intersection of renewable energy and farmland.
