WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ related experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience:
    • Generating reports and analyzing and interpreting the data.
    • Negotiating agreements.
    • With current technology in relevant field.
    • Working with cross-functional teams.
    • Coursework or other training in principles and practices of relevant field.
    • Working with computers and related software, such as Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word), Box, Adobe Suite, web, Constituent
    • Database (Blackbaud product preferred), browsers and internet research.
  • Youth certified (completes TNC training within initial 30 days of employment; annually thereafter) 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience are appreciated.
  • Ability to work in partnership with others in a collaborative or advisory role.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceive and write creatively for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Experience developing, managing, and implementing goals, plans, and complex processes.
  • Expert in current and evolving technology related to donor communications.
  • Expert knowledge of current and evolving communications trends, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
  • Proficient in interpreting guidelines and manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting data.
  • Successful experience managing and implementing strategic program goals.
  • Superior planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with visual storytelling and/or design best practices.
  • Understanding of accounting practices.

SALARY INFORMATION

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $70,900 – $86,310 (Phoenix based; may differ for other geographic locations) for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, experience and equty with current employees. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
