The Education and Partnership Director will primarily be focused on outside programs related to organizational development, capacity building, and convenings. They will work closely with the Executive Director on program implementation, membership, partnership development, and overall educational strategy. All staff are responsible for outcomes in each of our three organizational focus areas: capacity building, grantmaking, and convening. This position will report to the Executive Director, and will engage collaboratively with all staff, but will ultimately have direct responsibility over:

Capacity building

  • Coordinate, research, and design learning opportunities for partner organizations
  • Further develop existing programs: Climate Change Observatory Network, Technical Assistance, Relearning Cohort, and Sustainability Series
  • Build relationships with new and existing partners 

Grantmaking

  • Collaborate with Grant Program Director to develop programming in response to shared needs and gaps as articulated in grant applications
  • Participate as needed in grant program design and grant application review

Convening

  • Develop the overarching framework for opportunities to bring people together
  • Work with staff to identify and design virtual and in-person offerings
  • Manage Momentum Conservation’s membership program

This position will be full time, year-round, and is expected to be a long-term, highly responsible position within Momentum.
