Salary: $6,227.00 - $8,377.00 Monthly 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish positive and productive rapport with DNR employees at all levels
  • Lead the EPPMO in enterprise project coordination – we use Smartsheet and SharePoint
    • Develop and maintain project libraries
    • Develop and maintain work breakdown structures and project schedules
    • Develop and maintain project control logs
    • Track resource utilization
  • Provide leadership in auditing and maintaining our platforms and approach
    • Document management
    • Standard tools, templates, and methods
  • Produce and maintain complex reports and dashboards related to agency initiatives and performance for use by diverse groups of staff, management, the public, and other governmental entities
  • Serve as the agency Smartsheet administrator

Required Qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field. Years of education may be substituted for years of experience over five.
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in two or more, or a combination of the following areas:
    • project management
    • performance measurement/management
    • business analysis and requirements development
    • continuous improvement
    • preparing and presenting effective and accurate analysis narratives, and statistical and graphical reports.
  • Intermediate skill level/proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Intermediate skill level/proficiency with design, build, and administration of project libraries, lists, and toolkit platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Intermediate skill level/proficiency with design, build, and administration of project schedules, reports, and lists such as Microsoft Projects or Smartsheet.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to:
    • create work plans, proposals, briefings, and training
    • use schedules, timelines, and other graphics to report status and stay on track
    • break down, sort, and synthesize information, identify trends and key themes, form accurate conclusions and display them through charts and graphics, and develop appropriate action steps and recommendations
    • improve and streamline work processes beyond the specific assignment, focusing on outcomes and taking calculated risks - flexible and able to embrace challenges and change
    • create, establish, monitor, and measure work plans, and work with others to enhance and enable work plan implementation
    • organize multiple assignments, and produce work products that are accurate, thorough, and on-time.
