We are looking for a passionate, driven education specialist to join our team! This position plans, develops, and executes environmental education programs, activities, and services that promote environmental sustainability, waste reduction, and the enhancement of the county's aesthetic appeal and quality of life for Cobb residents. This includes classes, activities and community events related to recycling, gardening, litter prevention, forestry, community planting initiatives, and various ecology topics. Applicants should have a strong background in non-formal or formal education, be comfort working with audiences of diverse ages and backgrounds, and have excellent public speaking and communication skills.
