We are looking specifically for recently qualified graduates (including those in their final year) within forestry. Those awaiting results are also welcome to apply. Successful applicants will join the Graduate Development Programme during Autumn 2025.
Your Coillte Journey:
- Kickstart Your Forestry Journey: An initial two-year fixed term contract with structured work placements in management, technical and business support roles.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate should possess and can demonstrate: Commercial Awareness, Customer Focus, Learning Agility, Creativity, Results Orientation, Resilience, Collaboration, Communication and Leadership.
Candidates must also hold a relevant Forestry qualification to HETAC Level 7 or above. This role requires that you become a member of The Society of Irish Foresters and maintain an active membership and meet the necessary continued professional development requirements of this professional body.
