Purchase lands and conservation easements to provide habitat for NH's wildlife and provide wildlife-based recreation opportunities to NH's citizens and visitors to the state.  This position will coordinate land conservation projects, including but not limited to, negotiating terms of sale, working with land conservation partners, contracting for due diligence and closing, preparing legal documents, and completing grant applications to secure titles, easements or land use agreements.

This is a 3 year full-time position with intentions of going longer if funding can be secured.
