An opportunity for a couple/2 friends looking to work a summer season in Greece.
Crew needed for 2 small tourist boats in Lefkada, Greece. One boat runs the Marine Adventure cruise, a snorkel/marine wildlife excursion, the other boat runs SUP/Paddleboard cruises. Each boat runs a cruise daily from early June – end September, with a maximum of 15 guests on board each day.
Please note: the 2 crew members will be sharing accommodation, which is why we are looking for a couple/2 friends

The Marine Adventure cruise is a snorkel tour with an emphasis on marine wildlife. We visit local beaches and bays for swimming and snorkelling, and guests are informed about the local wildlife. A BBQ lunch is served on board.
We are looking for someone to act as Cruise Manager; planning and operating the daily cruises, swimming with the guests, giving information about local marine wildlife, helping to prepare and serve the lunch and helping to ensure the boat is clean and stocked for each cruise. The Manager will also oversee ticket sales, liaise with local travel agencies and deal with online enquiries and social media.
Candidates must have a speedboat/powerboat licence. They should have an interest in/experience in the field of marine biology, be a strong and confident swimmer and should ideally have some experience working in the tourism sector.
Paddleboard Cruise Host lefkadapaddleboardcruises.com/
Lefkada Paddleboard Cruises is a paddleboarding and swimming tour consisting of various stops at local bays/beaches and surrounding local islands - a bbq lunch is also served during the day.
We are looking for someone to act as a host on board and assist the captain with the daily running and tasks on the boat. This would include preparing and serving basic food and drinks, interacting with guests and providing information, assisting guests around the boat and in the use of paddleboarding equipment, cleaning of the boat at the end of the day and preparation for the next cruise.
These are fixed-term positions from end May/beginning of June to the of September (17 weeks). The cruises are mostly daytime with very few evening cruises throughout the season, so both crew members will generally be free in the evenings. The two boats operate from the same harbour. Shared accommodation is provided.
Candidates should be confident, friendly and have an interest in working with people and offering a high standard of customer service. Both need to be confident in the water. Experience of the hospitality or tourism sector is not essential but would be helpful. A good level of spoken and written English is essential.
Candidates must be EU residents, or with a permit to work in Greece (for more than 90 days).
