An Outdoor Day Camp Manager is passionate about joining our mission – to shape kind, curious, and confident kids through nature-based outdoor adventures. They take great pride in masterminding and managing impactful day camp experiences including direct programming, staffing and training, budget management, mentorship, and communications.

A Camp Manager is skilled at mentoring both new and experienced staff, fostering a culture of empathy and continuous growth, and nurturing good humans no matter their age.

This position requires at least two years of managing a similar nature-based youth program including managing staff, training, budgets, direct programming, and communications.

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, “at will” position that reports to the CEO/COO.
