Fellowship Description:

Overview:
Regen Network is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist in optimizing our review processes and ensuring consistency across platforms, educational materials, and toolkits. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge systems, contribute to efficiency improvements, and support the team in developing streamlined solutions for document sharing and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Review Process System Exploration:

Pick up and expand on prior research into platforms that can effectively manage review processes.

Evaluate and compare potential platforms based on user interface, functionality, and compatibility with team needs.

Collaborate with team members to present recommendations for adoption.

Document Sharing and Tracking Improvements:

Identify inefficiencies in current document sharing and tracking systems.

Propose and implement solutions to enhance productivity and save time for the team.

Consistency Checks Across Materials:

Audit and review terms, definitions, and content between platforms, educational materials, and toolkits.

Ensure alignment and coherence in messaging and terminologies.

Provide detailed reports on discrepancies and recommendations for standardization.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to gather insights and feedback.

Communicate progress and findings regularly through reports or presentations.

 

Qualifications:

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with project management or document-sharing platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion, Google Workspace).

Ability to assess user interfaces and recommend improvements.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Interest in ecological regeneration, sustainability, or related fields is a plus.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

 

Time Commitment: 10-20 hours / week
