Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (some evenings and weekends required)
Reports To: Development Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Development staff with donor relations & fundraising, including setup, execution, and follow-up.
- Oversee and coordinate rental events at LC Nature Park, ensuring smooth operations from booking through event completion.
- Assist with scheduling and logistical planning of private events and field trips.
- Work with park staff to enhance visibility and participation in rentals and special events.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, and maintaining accurate rental and donor records.
Qualifications:
- Experience in event coordination, fundraising, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
