The Chelan-Douglas Land Trust (CDLT) seeks a Stewardship Director to lead a growing land conservation portfolio in North Central Washington.
The Stewardship Director is a member of the Senior Management Team and leads the five-member Fields Team, which includes the Land Manager, the Trails Project Manager,
the GIS & Data Manager, and two Field Technicians. The Director is responsible for guiding the management of over 6,000 acres of eastside Cascades forest, shrub-steppe
and riparian ecosystems, 40 miles of recreational trails, and 18 conservation easements, including 10,000 acres of agricultural ranch land. The Director will lead CDLT’s
management of the lands in our portfolio to maintain their conservation and recreation values
