The Pigeon River Country State Forest in partnership with the Pigeon River Country Association is looking for an undergraduate student intern for summer 2025. For a 13-week term (520 hours) starting in May, the intern will take part in projects to improve wildlife habitat, forest management, and recreational experiences in the state forest 
known as the “Big Wild.” Internship may count toward college credits and a $5,580scholarship will be awarded by the Pigeon River Country Association.

Intern must be comfortable working independently in the forest, and use of a personal vehicle is required (4-wheel drive recommended). Mileage will be reimbursed. Shared housing is availble onsite for $120 per month.
