Wildfire Division Grants Analyst, Management Analyst 3
Location: Natural Resources Building- Olympia, WA
Work Hours and Partial Telework flexibility may be available and considered
Salary: $4865.00 - $6539.00 Monthly

Responsibilities:

  • Develop draft procedural documents regarding CPG financial processes in consultation with program divisional staff, the Grants Planner, and the Grants Administrator.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate deadlines, facilitate grant document completion, and organize electronic documentation.
  • Develop analytical tools to maximize programmatic needs, related to strategic long-term grant funding stability.
  • Communication skills that will build long-term relationships with customers, team members, and WFMD leadership.
  • Research CPG customer operations and develop tactical processes that monitor and coordinate CPG schedules, deadlines, and federal/state reporting requirements to meet divisional grant goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in business or related field,
    AND 2 years of experience;
    OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Skills in written and oral communication.
  • Analytical acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to fostering and supporting an environment that honors diversity, equity, inclusion, and environmental justice practices.
  • Perform assigned duties in a manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations and public records retention and requests are followed.
